MILK OF LIME

Milk of Lime can be used to clean waste gases from industries containing sulfur dioxidevia bubbling in a process called sulfation. Additionally, Milk of Lime is used to reduce water hardness and is also used as a neutralizing agent in waste water treatment. Milk of Lime can also be used as a primary supplement of calcium and alkalinity for reef aquariums.
